Downloaded EA App and Sims 3 not showing up

Switched to EA App. I've owned Sims 3 since launch and it's lived in my Origin since Origin became a thing. Now when I open the EA App it shows that I own Sims 4 and Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, but no Sims 3. It gives me an offer to buy Sims 3 though 😞

I still have the Sims 3 downloaded to my PC, so technically I didn't "lose" it. But I'd really like it to show up in EA so that I can uninstall and re-install if I so choose...what's going on here?

@kstahl505Trythis - open the EA app. Click the three bars in the upper left. Click help. Click App Recovery. Click clear cache. If this doesn't work you will have to contact EA support for help.
