@Anyauwuuwu Do you see corresponding files in ...The Sims 3 > Library? Each installed lot should have exactly one file there, with a time stamp that matches when you installed it. And just checking, but have you checked both the residential and community lot sections of the in-game bin? It's possible some lots were miscategorized and show up as the wrong type.
If that's not the issue, could you link some of the nonworking lots for me? I can test them on my own Mac, and in Windows, to see whether they're broken overall, don't work with the 64-bit Mac version, or work fine in general but aren't installing properly on your computer. It's fine to post links to where you got the content as long as the linked site doesn't also include adult content.
Yes, there were corresponding files in Library each time. I checked residential, community lots and even with families if maybe they were assigned with a house, but they weren't present.
The lots that im going to link are cc heavy, but did show up in my game previously, they worked during gameplay and did not cause crashes and one without cc that also did not show up.
I use 64-bit Mac version.

And one off the website without cc:

@Anyauwuuwu I tried all the links except the ones that led to .rar files, so the one from the Exchange plus Autumn Court, Blue Houseboat, and Winter in Alps, in that order. The one from the Exchange worked fine, although I did get lots of red flashing; that should be solved by enabling Object Hiding in the graphics options. (I didn't test this.)
The other lots didn't work at all: no new files in Library, and therefore nothing showing in the in-game bin. Are you totally sure that a new file was created in Library for each lot you tried to install? It's easy to confuse these files if they're installed quickly, one after the other, since their time stamps would be similar and their names are strings of numbers.
What I think is happening here is that installing one Sims3Pack breaks the launcher, at least to the point that subsequent content doesn't install properly. For me, Autumn Court could have caused the problem, preventing the other two lots from installing; or the Exchange lot could have broken things despite seemingly installing properly itself. It would take more experimenting than I have time to do in order to narrow this down, but if a few lots in particular matter to you, you could try installing them each in a separate clean user folder. That way, one broken item wouldn't affect the next one you tested.
If you have at least temporary access to a Windows PC, you could also try using Delphy's Multi-Extractor to extract the lot and the cc separately, then add those to your user folder manually. It's often difficult to tell which item is the lot and which are cc, although the lot is often (but not always) the largest file. So you might need to experiment some here as well. The extracted lot would go into Library, and the extracted cc into Mods > Packages if you wanted to use it.

Okay, thank you so much, I will try to test the lots this way. 🙂)
