Hello, I purchased the dragon valley add on for sims 3 and every time I try to use the redeem code on the sims 3 website to download it, it keeps coming up with that the page is down and will be fixe...

    Hi there @laya15,

    If you've got a second purchase for Dragon Valley, the live support team can help get that extra charge refunded for you- it's not something we can process for you over the forums since we can't access your account details.

    Please get in touch with live support for help with a refund on this through Twitter or Facebook- if you run into any issues getting in contact with the team there, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I am using the EA app. When i look in the EA app It says i own dragon valley. In the game there is no dragon valley. At the sims store under purchase there is nothing. Does not show dragon valley. No option to download. Does not appear on game at all. Cannot move there. 
how do i get it to show up in my game? I have purchased through the EA app and it shows on my bank account. 
how do I get a refund for my money if it’s never going to give me the content?

    Redeem a code and maybe the code is just the original game code? Lol. Idk it was in my purchase receipt so I assumed it was the code for the add on. But either way. Dragon valley is not showing in the sims store as purchased but in the EA spp it says owned.

    Have you verified that you're logging into TheSims3.com with the correct login details? You'll need to login there with the same account details you use on the EA App. Please check that, then you can check the store page here to see if you're able to download Dragon Valley directly from the site once you've tried redeeming the code again.

    If you're still seeing an invalid code error, live support can refund this purchase for you instead. You can get in contact with the live support team to get a refund processed by reaching out on the help site here, or you can contact in via Twitter or Facebook for help instead.

    Thank you so much for your attempt at helping. I was finally able to live chat support and I am getting a refund. The person said that they could see the add on wouldn’t work. ? Who knows why but I’m over it now. 👍🏻
