Dragon Valley World won't show in Origin

I bought Dragon Valley as well as Late Night, Island Paradise and Seasons. The three expansions downloaded and seem to be functioning normal. Dragon Valley, however, did not show in Origin, nor does it show on the game launcher as a world already installed or one waiting to be installed. I've refreshed and given it time and I don't know what else to do. It is in my order history in origin. But it does not show on my games. Or in the launcher. Or in the game itself on the drop down menu of worlds to choose. Help!

    Whenever I bought it, the button said purchase through origin. My origin email used to send the purchase confirmation email to was not the correct email so I do not have access to the code. I updated my email. Who can I contact to get the purchase history confirmation email sent to the new email address. Thank you for such a quick reply,.

    Get in touch with a game advisor then. They should be able to either add DV to your Purchase History or give you the code to redeem.
