EA App saying I don't own Sims 3 base game
EA App is telling me I don't own Sims 3, but own several expansions? Tried talking to support and they were zero help, they basically just said sorry, it's being looked into. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, still saying I don't own it. Tried clearing cache, same thing. Tried just signing in and out and back in, still nothing. Followed the steps support gave me, still nothing. When I sign into my Sims 3 store it shows all the content I own for it, and there is my Sims 3, I just can't play it. I've seen several posts about people having the same issue, and I've followed the steps in some of the responses they have gotten, and it still won't work. Am I SOL? I really don't want to have to re-purchase the game. This whole Origin switch to EA really sucks. ☹️

It sounds like you may need to have the base game re-added to your account- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums since we can't access your specific account information, but live support can take another look with you and check your entitlements on your account for The Sims.
Please submit a new help request here to speak with live support again on this- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.
