Does anyone know where I could e-mail EA or send them a letter? Or is there any way I could contact The Sims 3 people besides forums and live chat. I am not waiting 60+ minutes to complain about something, that would just make me even more irritated.

Most of us here have had the need to contact EA's customer support at one time or another, all that I say to you is to be patient and keep trying, when you finally get to talk with them they are really great at helping you fix your problem.
