EA Won't Let Me Purchase

I originally was playing sims 3 on my computer because I had my EA connected to me Xbox when I had Xbox Ultimate. Fast-forward to now, I don't have ultimate anymore and I would like to purchase the Sims 3 but it just keeps saying "missing ultimate" and no matter what I do, it won't let me purchase it to play. Anyone else experience this? Anyone know how to fix this issue?

    If you're having trouble purchasing The Sims 3 due to an expired EA Play membership, we'll want the live support team to be sure the EA Play version of your game is fully removed from your account so you can purchase it.
