Error 12

I get error 12 on Windows 7. I tried the solution described on the EA site but I don't have any .legacy files and it didn't work

Is this a game you have played really long ? How big is the savegame folder for it ?

Could you check on the RAM usage while you're in game

  1. Minimize the game
  2. Open the task manager by right-clicking on the bar at the bottom (or top or where ever you have it) and choosing task manager
  3. Go to processes and sort by name, then search for ts3w.exe. 
  4. Check the column RAM

You should also update your graphics drivers but that has nothing to do with error 12.

Also your c drive does not have a whole lot of space left. Try clearing out some stuff or moving your document folder to another drive (google for instructions)
