Error code (-5005 : 0x80070002)
please help it wont let me play and it keeps showing error code above thank you

Is this the issue you are seeing?
Service initialization failed - by crinrict
When starting the game I get the error message: "Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (some number)".
On starting the game from the launcher or the launcher form Origin ? Did you uninstall something or what did you change when it started ?
What's your operating system ?
