Error with game launcher

Megank2k​  There has to be a game version in the lower-left corner of the Sims 3 launcher, even if it's reading as 0.0.0.  If you see zeroes, do a clean uninstall as above.  If you see something else, let me know.

EA App the game was working before now and no i didn't see game version

mine is installed via the EA app and in the launcher I see nothing at all because everything is at 0

shyguy16​ Megank2k​  Did you originally install the game through Origin, or the EA App, or discs?  Is this a new install, or was the game working before now?  And what game version do you see in the lower-left corner of the launcher?

i have the same problem too i have the feeling it's corrupted or broken
