Okay so in my launcher I go to my expansions and stuff and click on everything but then when i hit play and the game starts up everything just back to the base game no expansions no stuff packs and when i go back to the launcher everything is un-clicked please help I have no mods install at all
simmerkaylak Please clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, as described here:
Even if you never use Edge, the launcher does for some purposes, including storing your selection of packs. So deleting the data will uncheck all the boxes, but hopefully you can re-check them and have it stick this time around.

simmerkaylak So that means that you cleared the Internet Explorer-mode data specifically, but the packs still uncheck themselves after you've checked them?
If that's the case, please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. You'll be able to play without reinstalling anything, but your saves and other user data won't be available. That can be addressed later; for now, just let me know whether it fixes the issue.
