Forgotten password and not receiving reset emails

I haven't accessed my EA/Sims 3 account for a few years but have recently decided to start playing again. I can't seem to remember my password but whenever I click 'forgot password' it takes me to the EA login where I then enter my email address to reset but I am not receiving any emails. They aren't going into my spam/junk folder and I think it might be an issue with the site itself as sometimes it won't let me click anything.

I have created this account so that I can post on here and if it comes to it, I can use this to play but I would prefer to access my old account as I had various achievements and custom content on there!

  • @Embramp08  You're right to wonder about the website, as people often have issues logging in (even with the correct password).  Sometimes the store site (https://store.thesims3.com/) works better than the official forums, or vice versa.  You can try using a different browser (I had no problem with Firefox about an hour ago), and if that doesn't help, clearing your browser caches.  If you're on a PC, you should also clear the one for Internet Explorer; even if you never use it, the launcher and store sites do for some purposes.
