Full Screen mode WITH taskbar?/Screen goes dark on game minimizing.

Ok so,i have problems with my screen that cause my game to go dull after pressing esc to minimize my game,but a while ago i managed to fix it by playing on full screen mode BUT having my toolbar/task...

I don't think windowed full screen is possible except when you make the window all big.

Not sure though

    or what i have done at times when i needed to was in the three dots -options untick fullscreen and accept the changes the game is in windowed mode and my taskbar is showing and as crin said make the window big if you choose windowed mode
