Game is ridiculously slow and only my gameplay mods are working not content mods

Hi @samychristine,

This sounds like a mods issue. 100 - 160 minutes of load time is way too much even for The Sims 3. Did you check that your mods are updated and compatible with the latest game update? Have you tried your game without mods? Please note that mods are files not made by Maxis and they can trigger issue like this.
