Sorry to say but I don't think your computer is up-to-speed for this game.
Your graphic card is below specs and the drivers are from 6 years ago. The CPU is also very weak with only 2 GB of RAM you'll run out very fast.
Lowering all settings might help but I don't think there's much you can do.
Try if updating those graphic drivers helps.
Um... well... I'll try to change the graphics card. What do you suggest? :catfrustrated:
Laptops are almost always not upgradable.
