Your download versions should be in your origin account if you open origin at desktop. Since your computer is stating you already used the code means you registered the disc. If Supernatural is not showing up as a download version I suspect it is because you have the disc version installed. You need to remove the disc version if you want to replace it with the download version
how?? i followed what the web cite told me to do but i dont know how to install the non disk version.
Once you manually uninstall supernatural you log into origin from desktop find the supernatural game click on it and it will ask you if you want to download it.

Once you open up origin from desktop your download versions should be in my games. If it doesn't try clearing interent browser history, log back out and in origin. Use Forefox or IE. If using Chrome it sometimes gives people trouble on Origin and the sims 3 web
