Grandma's Canning Station
My sim cannot eat any food made from the canning station only option is to clean up.
How to fix this asap?
If not where do I get a refund this is a highway robbery.

did the jars of jam appear in your sims back ? place the jar on a counter click on the jar then the options should be eat with scones eat with toast
if you made a jar of preserves those the option is open jar and the preserved fruit/veg appears in the back pack options eat or plant
The jars appear, I have the option to eat with toast or scones. Once I make the toast or scones the only option is clean up.

the sim should auto take the plate of toast or scone and eat it up , does your's not do that ? do you have high free will on or have the freewill limited ? gimme about 30 mins to launch my game and check it out if i stop them from auto eating
My hungry sim did not eat once he finished making it and when I clicked on the plate to force him to eat the only option is clean up.
could you take a screenshot (and link the image to here) of the area your sim is in when he/she makes the eat with toast or eat with scones it could be just that area of the room or angle of the counters if they are connected counters i know when i put a jar on a table the sim couldn't do any actions as the chair prevented the sim from doing the actions once i moved the jar to an open area they could do the actions or place a jar on the floor and see if the sim can complete the action
There's nothing wrong with my counters or kitchen layout. It's a glitch, my sim resets after making the plate.
ahh ok try the reset sim cheat or one of the other tips
1 to reset one sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim ) hit enter for example my sim is named John Dear i type in resetsim John Dear
2 sell the canning station in buy mode replace e it with a new one
3 edit town move th sim out and back in
4 edit town save a copy of the sim to the libiary delete the clipboard image then place the saved one back into your lot
- I just did all 4 suggestions and nothing worked.
just for testing purposes start a new game and pace the saved copy of the sim from the library to the new game buy the canning station send the sim to the grocery to buy three fruits of the same kind grapes will do and see if the interactions can be completed just to rule out if a save game corruption is going on
