Have bought legitimate copy of Roaring Heights but redeem a code fails

I have bought a legitimate copy of Roaring Heights Gold Edition from Origin but I cannot download as the instructions ask me to redeem a code. When I redeem a code I am told it has been used. Tried ...

@CampbellSD  No store content will download automatically.  You have to go to the store, sign in, click on Store/My Store Account/Purchase History, and all of your content will be listed for download.  Just click the button, choose, TS3 to open the file if it asks, and wait for the launcher to open.

Cant redeem the code to get to the downloads. Can't request a call back because I dont have a US telephone numbers, chat does not load just get a dialog box saying Sit Tight. tryng to find a phone number that I can call now
