having troble with my game keys

i bought sims 3 starter pack from origin store. Now my keys dosnt work and origin gliched and the info i got disapered. So my special pack number disapered. And when i tried to register my sims 3. it said that my key dosnt work? why? can i please get some help here. Kind regards andreas

    Try to call support for this, they can help you whit a new key in case the one that you use is invalid.

    Make sure first that you register the game and not redeem it.

    For register you need 20 keys

    For redeem 16.
