Having trouble installing Midnight Hollow and Dragon Valley from both in game store and launcher
Both games show up as downloaded, both install successfully and are indicated on the launcher as installed content. However, when I open the game, the content isn't available. So, I qiut the game, open the launcher, check installed content--it's disappeared. I check downloads, it shows. Install content successfully, shows up on the launcher as installed content, launch game--content isn't there. Repeat ad nauseaum.
It would be super cool if someone could give me dumbed down instructions on how to troubleshoot this issue--I just got out of the ER for a kidney stone and all I want to do is screw around with some new Sims stuff until my pain meds take me away like Calgon. :womanembarrassed: / :womanhappy:
