Having trouble installing Midnight Hollow and Dragon Valley from both in game store and launcher

Both games show up as downloaded, both install successfully and are indicated on the launcher as installed content. However, when I open the game, the content isn't available. So, I qiut the game, op...

No, they don't show up at all! Incredibly frustrating. I tried clearing the cache last night but it didn't work (advice from a friend, I just followed instructions). It's still shows up as downloaded, I install it, it shows up in installed content, but when I launch and select new game they are just not there as options.

    Thank you! This FAQ totally cleared it up (and made me feel like an idiot because I read this before and missed the section about what caches to clear and reinstalling--reading comprehension fail!). I'm now living my dreams in Midnight Hollow!
