HELP! Is there any way to still run Sims 3 32bit disc version on a Mac in 2023.
EA closed my account and I have lost access to all my games and the email provider I used did away with their email service. I found out my account was closed because I tried to login to change my email on the account and was told it was closed due to inactivity. Now all my games are locked behind that deactivated account and email.
I was sick for a long time and have finally gotten around to doing everything I was unable to do. In all the companies I’ve contacted to update my email address which included banks and credit card companies, EA is the only one I have encountered a problem with. They’re customer service is basically nonexistent and just consists of bots giving me the same scripted answers over and over. I spent so much money on the games and don’t just want to eat that which is what EA has basically told me to do after I pleaded with them to just give me new codes so I could re-register my games.
Is there any way I can still play the games or has EA just taken my money and run. It sucks because I’ve played Sims 3 since it came out in 2009 and bought every expansion and stuff pack I even own Sims Medieval and Sims Castaway and was planning to buy the Sims 2 bundle on Mac and possibly try out Sims 4, but no longer. If EA treats their customers like this I don’t feel I should give them any more of my money.
Please someone help me. All I wanted was to get into my account and download the 64bit version of the base game and all my other stuff from my account onto my new Mac and have just found myself extremely frustrated by the wall I keep hitting trying to contact an actual person at EA.
Are my discs just useless pieces of plastic now or will they still work on my 2023 MacBook Pro?
HELP! PLEASE! 😭😭😭
