How do I add sims 3 disc games into ea app?

@Hoodrat649 If you've ever registered the product codes that came with the discs, your game and any packs you own should show up in your EA App game library already. Then you can download Sims 3 from there without needing your discs. And you likely did need to use those product codes at some point—Origin would have asked for them when you installed the content.
If you don't see Sims 3 or your packs in your game library, make sure you're signing into the correct account, as in, the one you originally used to install the game. If you still can't find that account, you'll need to contact EA customer service. Take a photo for the base game and each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload these when you submit the help request.

I would strongly recommend choosing the live chat option. If you don't see it, make sure the location in the lower-right corner of the screen is set to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. Manage My Account > Find Missing Game worked for me the last time I tried, although the live chat option was buried below a very long email form.
If your base game disc was manufactured before September 2012, you also have the option to install entirely via disc and leave the EA App out of it. Check the case's fine print for a copyright date; the newer discs that require Origin (or now the EA App) also have an Origin logo on them.
