Not TOO long ago, i got the free 100 simpoints. On my laptop, I spent them but then I got a new computer. The clothes I bought are not on my new computer.. When I click to buy them again and then put my email in, it says that I'm already entitled to the item. How do I get it back???????? :heart:
log into your the sims 3 account on the sims 3 site go to my store account-purchase history- download your item then install it

Try clearing your internet browser history, log out of your account and back in. Try using firefox or IE. If your using chrome some people have trouble using chrome on the sims 3 web
