How do I get my items back?

Not TOO long ago, i got the free 100 simpoints. On my laptop, I spent them but then I got a new computer. The clothes I bought are not on my new computer.. When I click to buy them again and then put...

any ideas why my purchase history is empty? I've purchased many things in the past but nothing is showing up?

    Try clearing your internet browser history, log out of your account and back in. Try using firefox or IE. If your using chrome some people have trouble using chrome on the sims 3 web

    are your logging into the right account if you have more than one account and as B said clear the Internet cache and switching browsers
