How do I Redownload Digital Games using Orgin?
A couple of months ago, around the beginnings of spring, I had downloaded Sims 4: Get to Work and a couple expansion packs for the Sims 3. Granted, my laptop literally died after downloading the games, ans by died, I mean it no longer works. I had recently bought a new desktop. I had successfully redownloaded my physical copies of the Sims 3 and University Life, and the digital copy of Sims 4. However, I couldn't find Get to Work and the other expansions in my library. I refreshed the games and redownloaded Orgin, but they still didn't appear. Checking my order history, I see the status as Completed/Fulfilled, and money had been taken from my account. Is there any way to get my games back? Because I am NOT going to rebuy probably $100 worth of games.
@Paramnesiacx Hey, the expansions for the Sims games now appear within the Game Details pages for each product. To get to these pages click on the panel then on the "i" button.
Scroll down and you should see a menu with all of the DLC content for the games. Anything you already own should be coloured in/prominent. Click on them and you should be able to redownload them without any more hassle.
