really? Ive seen it offer email help before, do you possibly know other languages, maybe you could try in another language

Unless there is a problem with there servers all i get if i choose the game then prob being tech support or warranty etc is just live chat

Glad you contacted them.  Just an fyi, there's no longer an email option available for anyone.  Just phone number and live chat options.  Hope it worked out.
