really? Ive seen it offer email help before, do you possibly know other languages, maybe you could try in another language
Unless there is a problem with there servers all i get if i choose the game then prob being tech support or warranty etc is just live chat

Glad you contacted them. Just an fyi, there's no longer an email option available for anyone. Just phone number and live chat options. Hope it worked out.
- Can ea provide an answer why there is no email anymore? Seems like it just inconveniences users and means they have to pay for a phone call to tech support? I've never been able to use the live chat option and getting an answer to any problem means hours of going thru forum posts. Please contact me ea!!!
