How do you move out of dorms in The Sims 3 University Life?

I am playing University Life and I have decided to move into a house rather than live in a dorm. Is there a way of moving out? I have looked on the computer, phone and in edit town, but I can't find ...

    You can't move out. Once you've chosen a place to live, your sim will live there until it graduates.

You can drop your sim(s) out of college. I would do it once their term is over. But, drop them out and they'll go home. But re-enroll them and move them where you want them to go.
