This first link to download the NEW resource file won't connect me.. so I hope the one i have is ok...?

Click here, to download the NEW Resource.cfg file Step 2. Choose Save, and save it to the Mods folder.
Now you have your Packages folder and the NEW Resource.cfg file in the Mods folder (like picture above).
