No. The resource.cfg is a configuration file hense the (.cfg) file extension. If it's trying to turn it into a text file then it has something to do with "your" settings. You can save it as a text file and change the file extension or you can go to here and follow the same steps I gave ccgirl97 about how to place the Resource.cfg from Notepad.
