Okay then go to new WinRAR folder you just setup under Program Files (x86). Inside will be the (WinRAR.exe). Let's right-click on it, select SEND TO and choose Desktop (shortcut). After you place the shortcut on the desktop. Do the above and check the target: which should lead to the winrar.exe we just linked from (Program Files (x86) path.
