What happens if you choose Notepad?
It brings up a box with a bunch of weird coding...
If that's the case then all you've downloaded has been corrupt because you assigned the wrong program to read the file.
Let's still assigned Notepad to READ all future (.package) files.
Delete the old downloads that were already extracted. Then download a new file from Peggy and try to extract it using notepad as the program to read the file.
