Okay,

First - You are missing the .ebc file. Did you delete or remove anything from that folder.
Second - Is your game fully patched?
Third - Can you list the games you have and the version number that go with them. You can get the version numbers off the skuversion.txt in the EP/SP program folder found in Game/Bin.
Fourth - What version of the EADM are you running? Is it the most recent?

This is what my DCCache Folder looks like. Others may look different but you should have that .ebc file.
