Here you go. I had to go add mine all back because I delete them every time after I play. Since everything is under Documents, you only have to remember the path to
"The Sims 3" folder.
Just go to File, then click on Find Game Cache Folders. You will get a pop-up.

This will add the four cache files from the Sims 3 folder, also items from the Thumbnails & WorldCaches folders.
