You should tell them to remove anything thats not a .package
you think that will work? I used to have tons of crap in my packages folder that wasn't .package files like readmes and such...it never seemed to affect anything. But I told her to remove them XD I hope it helps.
and should she delete the SIM files too? If so, where are you supposed to put those?
