If you did make a backup of that folder, you should be able to just put them back there in the new structure.
Unfortunately we won't be able to assist with the recovery if this folder had been formatted without a backup.

Thank you so much for getting back to me!
I restored the directories but the saved games just do not show up when she starts the games up in the origin client.
I have copied the files over a few times and still no results.
Any other advice on what I could check?
