Spycoo16 I don't know that there's a way to do this, but if the option exists, you'd want NRaas Tagger. Looking at the documentation, it appears that under Lot Options, you could set MetaAutonomy for these lots to something that doesn't show in Map View. Here's a list:

If this doesn't work, ask on the NRaas site. Someone there will know if it's possible.
The problem is that the map tag is derived from the rabbithole, and you've been putting extra rabbitholes all over the map. So unless you want to disable ALL lot map tags, it would be difficult or maybe impossible to hide, say, the extra bookstores' tags but not the tag for the actual bookstore sims can use.
