Make sure the following program are up-to-date
- Origin
- Java
- Flash Player
- Adobe Air
- .Net Framework
- Windows
If that does not help, try clearing the Internet Explorer Browser Caches.
If that doesn't help, uninstall java and reinstall it. - Isabels161012 years agoRising Novice

Did not work for me. Contacted support twice so far. They recommended to manually uninstall SIMS3 and reinstall + use win7 compatibility mode.
Did not help at all.
The other time they simply did not respond in the chat.
Problem remains, I will continue challenging the support.
Last time I had a problem it took me 5 or 6 chat session before they could help me.

Looks like several people have encountered this problem at the same time. I'm one of them too and it's not working.
I've had that for thepast few days. Before I was getting -
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'easy Slider'
line: 1149
Char: 6
Code: 0
URL: http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/home.html?launcherLocale=enUS&launcherCountry=US.
Doesn't seem to be hurting anything but what is a Script Error? I don't do 3rd party CC.
what is this? script error http://be.sponsorpay.com/assets/web_client.js
Im having the same problem don't do CC either. I was wondering if you are windows 7 64 bit? all I can say is I hope the sims 4 comes out 64 bit and not 32 bit.
