The script error should not affect the ability to play. I get it too atm, EA is working on it but what happens for you if you click yes on the message ? Doesn't it go away for you so you can play anyways ?
For me it usually pops up twice and then all is good.
I'm a (information removed) year old sims3 player. I was banned from answer hq for spamming. I'm not even sure how i did it. I have had 14 tech chats, 7 live person phone calls to get rid of the said error. Nothing gets rid of it because EA and Sponsorpay.com do indeed work together. In all of my contacts no body at EA UK or US would admit that EA and Sponsorpay.com work together. You can earn what is called speedboosts. I do not want to participate. As EA gamers we should put our foot down and ask EA to get rid of it. Also ask EA why they do not allow US citizens an ability to easily talk to someone from the US. It took several emails and personal phone calls to EA board of directors for me to have been given privately an email and a personal phone number of a US tech. This gentlemen helped me with the steps to delete this hogwash everytime I go to launch my sims3. This solution works aproxmiatly 90% of the time. Even in private he would not admit that EA is working with Sponsorpay.com. It is a money making shceme attatched to EA. By the way none of this sponsorpay.com is effecting my EA games on my Xbox. EA confess please, than get rid of it permanently for those of us who do not want to participate.

I am getting the script error, hitting yes .. but keeps getting stuck on the screen where you can click images for points and never makes it past there.
Went through and made sure everything is updated and what not. Very frustrated.

What happens if you click no ? What's your issue ? Not being able to play the game or not getting the Simpoints ?
