Humble Bundle: Got 20 digit code on Origin, but Sims 3 game registration page says it's invalid

Same here, mind you my Sims Start kit is from the Humble Bundle, but I also bought 2 expansions myself outside of the bundle, these keys ALSO don't register on thesims3.com. (they too come back as; "already used").

*EDIT* nvm, seems all is fine now, just took 30mins. Just don't enter a cd key on the initial registration page, it will complete and your games should show up within a few mins on the My Page - Recent Activity table (in the middle of the My Page screen).

yup now it says on the profile the games and the DLC is registered

You have to use the code on the sims3 website FIRST or it will come up as already registered. Not sure what to do once you have already used it on origin☹️ I did the same thing.
