Humble Bundle: Purchase history is empty at all + Sims 3 code is redeemed error issues

Hi,

1. I have empty Purchase history on my account at your site from yesterday, since I used Humble Bundle codes.

The same time my games are available in the My Games into Origin PC app but not all.

So, what with my history?!

2. I have not Sims 3, and when I try to use my code for this game, I receive only info, that my code was used.

Where is my bought game?

3. Why you are not available via e-mail or something like that?!
You send to the page contact which is stupid FAQ only or to the several 404 error pages. Do bank charge back looks like best option and for sure more easy to do, than looking for contact with you.

  • 1. I know it sounds silly, but have you tried changing the settings right under the "My Games" tab called Show: ("All Games" is default) and Platform: ("All Platforms" is default). Try all the settings, especially Show: "Hidden" and Platform: (Whatever you are on, PC or Mac)

    If not try re-redeeming the humble codes. 

    2. The game still needs to be installed. Assuming your first problem worked, your humble code unlocks the product key needed to install the game via origin.

    Humble has their own separate guide available as a link called "Sims 3 special instructions" right under where you copy the humble code. 

    Essentially the 16 key is for origin redemption and redeeming through the sims website is not recommended (and actively discouraged by both humble and EA for reasons unknown). The activiation keys are available in the origin by hovering over the sims 3 (and the expansions) and clicking on the "i" in the grey circle and that'll show you the 20 character product key you input during install. 

    3. Their support team is having trouble keeping up with all of us gamers because of the humble bundle :P so it's up to the community members like you and I to figure things out.

    Thank you for answer.

    1. Yes, it is silly. I tried several times.

    Behaviour of this account from yesterday is real nightmare, including 404 errors, this page not exists, links from activate applet to nowhere etc., what serves me Origin from yesterday.

    2. That is useless not comprehensive.

    Read that detailed description, please, from another person here:

    " I buy the Humble Origin Bundle, and i try to activate the key for Sims 3 Started Pack in Origin. but said to active go https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html. I active the in TheSims3 web, but not appears the game in Origin or TheSims3 web. Later in Origin said go to https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/redemption/index. I try to activate the key. But said "This code has already been used." Because i actived the key in TheSims3 Web. Fix it."

    This is my issue! No response, no fix!

    3. I don't wanna be ungently, but first is allocate sources, next is promo doing, isn't it true?! :P

    What they are doing now is only and no more fixing their wrong preparation to promo action, sure?! 🙂

  • I have the SAME problem i did exactly the same and lose my code we need help!

    I was able to install a couple of the HB games in origin before it crashed, then I reinstalled origin, restarted my computer, reinstalled and restarted without launching, then tried redeeming some more (only 1 more worked before another crash).

    I'm not sure what else could help

    The quote you posted said to register the game on thesims3.com, that is something you should do, but that won't put the game in your library it simply verifies with Maxis that you own a legit product key. The only way to put the sims in your origin library is to reddem a 16-character key into origin itself (not the web client which is even buggier than the desktop program). Have you tried asking humble bundle to issue a new key?

    Thanks God Humble Bundle knows how to talk with client.

    They send now new codes for all parts of Sims 3 Pack.

    Wait for e-mail or check on your link sent directly after purchase via e-mail.

    Only one real solution!

    Unfortunately, Purchase History is empty for now and this is the case for Origin!
