Humble Bundle: Purchase history is empty at all + Sims 3 code is redeemed error issues
Hi,
1. I have empty Purchase history on my account at your site from yesterday, since I used Humble Bundle codes.
The same time my games are available in the My Games into Origin PC app but not all.
So, what with my history?!
2. I have not Sims 3, and when I try to use my code for this game, I receive only info, that my code was used.
Where is my bought game?
3. Why you are not available via e-mail or something like that?!
You send to the page contact which is stupid FAQ only or to the several 404 error pages. Do bank charge back looks like best option and for sure more easy to do, than looking for contact with you.
1. I know it sounds silly, but have you tried changing the settings right under the "My Games" tab called Show: ("All Games" is default) and Platform: ("All Platforms" is default). Try all the settings, especially Show: "Hidden" and Platform: (Whatever you are on, PC or Mac)
If not try re-redeeming the humble codes.2. The game still needs to be installed. Assuming your first problem worked, your humble code unlocks the product key needed to install the game via origin.

Humble has their own separate guide available as a link called "Sims 3 special instructions" right under where you copy the humble code.
Essentially the 16 key is for origin redemption and redeeming through the sims website is not recommended (and actively discouraged by both humble and EA for reasons unknown). The activiation keys are available in the origin by hovering over the sims 3 (and the expansions) and clicking on the "i" in the grey circle and that'll show you the 20 character product key you input during install.
3. Their support team is having trouble keeping up with all of us gamers because of the humble bundle :P so it's up to the community members like you and I to figure things out.
