Humble Bundle WITH 20 digit key wont start or register

I bought the humble bundle and all the games seem to have installed fine on my PC. I go to start The Sims 3 and the launcher pops up and I'm prompted to update the game to the most recent version. I wait for all the downloads to complete then try and launch the game. The timer on the mouse icon starts spinning but then nothing. I have checked and there IS a 20 digit product key showing in origin. I decided that maybe I might have to register the game on thesims.com so I try and register it and it tells me the 20 digit key is not valid.

I assume that all is required is for the product key I have to be setup correctly on the origin servers.

I've put this up as I can't see anyone that is having the same issue, most don't seem to have a 20 digit product code at all.

    I got the 20 digit keys from Origin too (got from Humble Bundle also), tried to register the keys for Sims 3 and expansions, and it says: "The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."

    I am copying/pasting, checking, serial is the same displayed in Origin software. What is wrong?

    I'm having the same issue as well. I have 20 digit codes for the base game and both expansions, but they're invalid. Which is just as bad as not having codes to begin with.

    sorry to hear that this doesn't work for you either. 

    Did you try to contact customer support ? They are the only ones that can help you with invalid key (and don't let them send you to humble).     Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
