So last night I bought the game (as automatic download), I got the email confirmation, it even took the money out of my bank account already. But it still hasn't shown up on my Origin game library! I've tried uninstalling Origin, but that didn't do anything. I'm out 39.99 and there's no game. What can I do?

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
