I just purchased new store content and I can not install any of it because it always says installion failed, make sure I have the latest patches. My game is up to date but what I noticed is that my content patch folder is completely empty I dont think my game ever prompted me to download the newest store patch and I can not get it to prompt me or find a manual download for the store patch 2.2 please help.😕mileysad:
close your game down , make sure you are connected to the internet then launcher the launcher then in the last tab Game updates click refresh see if that will get the store patch 2.2. to dl and install for you
I tried this as you suggested numerous times and nothing 😕mileysad: I guess I'l have to take this as a loss and just window shop at the the sims 3 store for now on lol. Thanks guys.

EDIT: I found something very interesting here: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/15/645297.page (6 posts down) where she said it popped up when she opened the downloads dashboard in game?
