I've been trying to log into the game for the past 4 hours and I STILL cannot log in. I'm in the main menu and i'm clicking Login, but it doesn't respond. I try clicking Register, but nothing happens. I click options and all i get are blank lines. I either get blank lines or no response at all. So now i can't play the game since when i click Play, nothing happens. I tried reinstalling my mods, i tried deleting my cookies, but i'm still stuck with an unresponsive page. Please help, i'm about ready to give up!

@4LettersNCountin Did you clear the browsing history in IE? The game uses IE (Internet Explorer) to communicate not the browser you might be using at the time. Is Origin running?

Yes, I do run it on Origin. I tried deleting my Internet Explorer cache, but the F12 Developer Tool doesn't have that option. I have deleted the browsing history and the cookies, though.

@4LettersNCountin The game uses the API provided by IE (Internet Explorer). IE 11 is in Windows 10 you just have to search for it. It is possible the site might be down or off line for some reason. Using mods could prevent the game from running correctly. You could try the factory reset - link - reset to factory This will tell you if the user data is causing the problem.

I know that it isn't the mods that are the problem, I've already tested them but the problem resumed. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, deleting the Origin cache, but nothing seems to be working.

@4LettersNCountin You do not have to reinstall the game - a factory reset usually (almost always) will fix user data issues. Installing multiple mods sometimes causes conflicts between mods. Did the game ever run? Did you try the factory reset? Did you clear the IE browsing history? Can you log in on the launcher page? Where you you getting on options to click as there are no options in the launcher?

@4LettersNCountin We are back to the clearing the browsing history in IE. The game uses the IE APIs to communicate. If the site is restarted the stored cookie in IE becomes invalid and needs to be removed or replaced. The cookie will expire after a time. If this doesn't work then something is blocking the communication (antivirus, ad blocker, etc).

I've already cleared Internet Explorer's browsing history and removed the cookies. It might be the antivirus I have, I'm not sure.

@4LettersNCountin Just this morning I had to clear the cookies in IE because of the blank welcome screen in the launcher. I cleared the cookies, closed IE , restart game, and now I get the login screen in the welcome tab of the launcher and I login and all is well.

I've had the blank welcome screen ever since I opened the game for the first time. I've cleared the browsing history, but it didn't give me any changes.

Try this...it worked for me...

Open Internet Explorer

Click on the little cog in the upper right

Choose Internet options

Choose the Advance tab then click the button that says Reset

Tick the Delete Personal Settings Box then the Reset Button

Close Internet Explorer

Open the Launcher and it should be fixed!
