I can't download from the exchange, and I can't download CAW.

-My game is second hand (I bought it from a store, CEX)
-My game is up to date
-I have a registration code (from the pamphlet) but I can't remember whether it is properly registered. I *thought* it was, but maybe I got bored of trying and gave up because..
- Now, when I try to download, it says I need to register my game. But...
- When I try, it says my code is invalid.
I really want to be able to download from the exchange and I really, *really* want CAW... I can't understand why the Sims Exchange would let me download some content, but not others.
I know I already asked something similar, but the answer I recieved didn't really help.
If my registritation code needs changing or something, how can I do that?

Second Hand games are usually already registered so you can't register them again.
I have no idea how you got Riverview but you have no game registered on your public myPage on thesims3.com.
All you can do is contact a game advisor to see if they can help you further
