I can't find my promo code in my email

I'm so confused.I preordered The Sims 3 Island Paradise and it came with 2 free extra content packs and a free &nbsp;stuff pack of my choosing.I can't find my promo code in the email origin sent to apply it at my purchase of the pre stuff pack.the email says:]Thank you for ordering on Origin Store. The product that you pre-ordered is now available to either pre-load or download.it then lists &nbsp;my order id, product id, product name, release date and digital rights then goes on to say:Thank you for Purchasing SIMS 3 Island Paradise !&nbsp;You will find below the code to choose and download your Free Stuff Pack on Origin (add the Stuff Pack to your Cart, enter the promo code in the promo area, click on "Apply", and finalize your purchase)it then says this:ealink:-eadcommand:?cmd=dm_add_download_job&amp;contentId=1008094&amp;authToken=5uBy32IWp4d6I-UiRE1n2PPCmihRh28Ep5gEbcDxEjQy6KACbLEc0b6uuDrAXGEVSrKgh5_b48HRE9I4G0YTNg.please help me i have no idea what one is my promo code, i can't find it anywhere in the email &nbsp;im so confused. Can someone please help?

hi, after speaking with someone at EA they took my details and were able to find my promo codes (for the same product and content that you were also offered). When I received the promo codes they were identical to what was listed in the email as "Digital Rights"....so I think you'll find that is your promo code.

Not only does the email call it a "promo code" or "code", it also says "find below" when the actual code is above! I really hoped this helped, thanks EA! Not...

i have entered the digital rights code but origin says it is not valid. is there a certain format it has to be entered in?
