I can't get some of my custom content to install

I'm trying to install some custom content to my sims 3. I have other stuff installed but some of it won't install. I keep getting this message to check and make sure I have the latest updates to my game. I didn't have any trouble downloading it but I get that message every time I try to install some of it. I had some of the same stuff before EA changed from Origin to the EA app.
