i cant remember another origin accout email

I bought the sims 3 years ago and i created an account and redeem my game. After a while i changed my email on my account ut i think i wrote it differently or something and now i cant access my account. Years later i bought late night expansion pack and i wanted to redeem it as well but i couldn't remember the previous account that has the sims 3 so i created a new account. I redeemed my late night pack and i tried to redeem the sims 3 to my new account but of course it said it has been used ☹️ but i can't remember the account that has the sims 3 because i created it years ago ☹️ what should i do?
I have my original the sims 3 serial code but nothing more about the previous account ☹️
